PRIVACY POLICY
Google Analytics data is collected such as general geolocation and device types accessing the Speed Marking website and App.
Speed Marking website pages, In-App user preferences and settings and any other data entry therein are saved locally in the user's browser.
Imported PDF Documents and data necessary for the functionality of Speed Marking is saved locally to the user's browser cache, including the user's acceptance or rejection of these terms and conditions.
All cookies, saved data, and files can be removed at any time by the user by clearing the browser cookies and other site data.
SPEED MARKING APP TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
You agree that We (The Schedule Room, individual developers, and anyone involved with Speed Marking) are not responsible for the loss of any time, effort, business, financial, personal or any other kind of loss directly or indirectly associated with the use of Speed Marking.
We reserve the right to update, change or remove the Speed Marking website and/or App, as well as the Privacy and Terms and Conditions of use at any time and without notice
You (the end user) understand that the Speed Marking App only locally saves your imported PDF's and any work you do within the Speed Marking App to the specific browser you are using at the time, and that clearing, removing, or deleting your browser history, Cookies and/or other site data, may delete or irreversibly damage all work data in the App.
The Speed Marking App is wholly dependent on the compatibility and current functionality of the web browser being used to access it. Updates to web browsers as well as the deprecation of web tools, coding languages, design languages and markup languages can adversely affect the expected functionality and usability of the App. We are not responsible or obligated to fix, patch or update the Speed Marking App when such browser related issues arise, or when browser settings cause Speed Marking to not look or work as expected or intended.
Preventing the release, leak or breach of privacy or sensitive information from Speed Marking is your (the end user's) responsibility.
You will not copy the Speed Marking design, logo, or code in whole or in part or use the Speed Marking App outside of the Speed Marking domain or for purposes it is not intended for.
You can stop using Speed Marking obligation free at any time.
